Ian has over 25 years consulting experience across many industries, with functional expertise in strategy, governance and organisational design. He co-founded Pacific Strategy Partners, after working with McKinsey. When Deloitte Australia acquired the PSP team,

Ian has over 25 years consulting experience across many industries, with functional expertise in strategy, governance and organisational design. He co-founded Pacific Strategy Partners, after working with McKinsey. When Deloitte Australia acquired the PSP team, he became a senior Partner and lead in the NSW Government account.
Ian is also a member of the NSW Heritage Council, Director of Manly United Football Club, and was the founding Chair of the Stanford Australia Foundation
Ian holds an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University, MBA from Stanford GSB and GAICD
